Less than 5 minutes from downtown Estes Park, your riverside oasis at Whispering Pines Cottages awaits. Cook outside on available charcoal/gas grills before ending your evening with a campfire in one of the firepits by the river. Hot-tub available 10am-10pm for adult use. Kids are welcome to use the playground and borrow games from the office. Watch them from nearby chairs or play a game of horseshoes.

Wildlife Access

A variety of animals call Whispering Pines Cottages home. Elk wander the property year round alongside deer, occasional foxes, bears, and other Rocky Mountain species. Eyes to the sky and you’ll often see Blue Heron and Bald Eagles flying high above the hummingbirds buzzing by the feeders. Special guest Marty the Marmot appears each summer for his own vacation. Ask us about him at check-in.

Fishing from the Property

No need to venture further than a few steps from your backdoor to fish, we have some of the best riverfront in the Big Thompson Canyon. There are 3 sets of concrete steps on the property for easy river access. Buy your fishing license 0.5 miles away at the Estes Park Mountain Shop.
